WAPP was an organization which operated in the mid-21st century, and took in talent from across the Earth. Its aim was to prevent space-time anomalies from causing human extinction by utilizing time-travel by way of the "Noah's Ark Plan".[1]
It is international nature and is unrelated to T.R.A.T., the special forces unit Dylan Morton previously served in.[except 1]
