The Secret Disc is an item that can be found in Dino Crisis.
Purpose
It was S.O.R.T.'s true mission to retrieve this for the government. The disc contained information about using the Third Energy as a weapon.
Location
It could be given to Regina by Gail. Gail delivers this himself if he survives.
