Key Card R is a key item that can be found in Dino Crisis.
Purpose
The Key Card R is used to operate the right panel of the console inside the computer room that opens up Dr. Kirk's secret laboratory.

The card is stored in one of the data storage inside the library room. Use the B1 Key Chip on the terminal device to turn on the indicator for the storage.
