Gas Experiment Room is an area of the facility B1 that is featured in Dino Crisis.
There are two separate rooms; the chamber in front is used to experiment the red, green and blue gases, while the other is where the control for the gases is placed. During experiment, the entry to the gas chamber will automatically locked.
Regina can see a researcher inside the gas chamber. Unfortunately, the chamber itself is filled with poisonous gas and prevents player from entering. To release the lock, player must operate the machines device, and clear the poisonous gas from the chamber.
There are three buttons which can be push to control the gases; Red, Green and Blue. Press the button according to the following:
- Green - The poison level will drop in between 30-50.
- Blue - The poison level will drop further in between 30-50.
- Red - The poison level will increase in between 50-85.
- Red - The poison level will drop to 50.
- Green - The poison level will drop in between 00-30.
- Blue - The poison level will drop to 00.
Once the gas is clear, Regina can enter the chamber and help the researcher. Before dying, the researcher will give her the B1 Key Chip. Player can also find a Small Size key inside the chamber.
A "Danger" moment will occur, just before player can leave the room. One Velociraptor will enter the room and attack Regina. Player must press the necessary button prompts to break free from the raptor grasp. The raptor can be killed afterwards.

"Notes for Gas Mixing Experiment"
The lethal poison level of the gas for humans is 85 or greater.
The closer the color of gas becomes to the color of the three basic colors red, blue, green, the more poisonous the gas becomes. If the color becomes transparent through mixing, the toxins have been neutralized.
