The Research Facility/Passage is an area of the Research Facility.
Description[]
This L shaped hallway connects the entrance hall with several important rooms in the facility. It has been constructed with stark metal walls and grated floors, and coupled with the facility's failing power supply the low light gives this room a distinct orange hue. Several pockets of natural light illuminate corners of the hall, where dinosaurs and the jungle vegetation have forced their way inside the ruined building.
Along the inner walls are several ventilation ducts that can be closed to restrict air flow. These ducts end up being used by Dylan, as he chases a Compsognathus that managed to steal a keycard.
Guide[]
When Dylan enter here for the first time, no enemies are present. When he return from the Research Lounge, Oviraptors will be present. Just as Dylan about to use the Research Facility Keycard to enter the Precision Lab, a Compsognathus will appear and grab the Card Key. Dylan must lure the compsognathus to the Research Lounge, where a cage can be used to contain it before the Card Key can be obtained.
Leaving this room will require verification from the Card Key.
