The F. C. Device is an event item that can be found in Dino Crisis.
Purpose
It is used to collect fingerprint data to upload to the terminal during rewriting of the ID Card.
The following fingerprints can be located at:
- Paul Baker - The corpse that wears white inside the elevator hall.
- Mark Doyle - The torn apart corpse that lays near the helipad gate in in front of the facility.

Location
The device can be found on the display table inside the strategy room of the facility first floor.
