Compsognathus is the smallest Dinosaur in the series. It poses no threat to humans. Like birds, it has an obsesion with stealing small, shiny items.

Compsognathus played a very minor role in both games, in Dino Crisis 2, it's only notable role was when it stole an important item from the player and the player had to trap it in a room, one of the game's simplist yet most annoying puzzles. The compsognathus played played no role in Dino Stalker other than something to make the world feel a bit more realistic.
